My name is Dr. Shalena Havens LAc, I am a National & State Licensed Acupuncturist practicing at  2025 se Jefferson St, in Historic Downtown Milwaukie OR 97222.

I was introduced to Acupuncture in 1994 and started working as an office assistant, mixing herbal formulas and seeing 100’s of patients improving each month.  I have a Bachelors of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a focus on medical Anthropology in 2000. Followed by a Masters of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland Oregon 2004.  I completed my Doctorate of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the Pacific Col. of Oriental Medicine, in San Diego, California (2019). I have been practicing Acupuncture, in the Milwaukie/SE Portland community since 2005.

Regular Health Insurance–  I am paneled with just about every insurance company that offers Alternative/Complementary Medicine. (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, HealthNet, MODA/ODS, Providence, United Health/UMR).

Self Pay-  Base Acupuncture (50 min treatment) $70 or muscular problems (55 min) $125-145  Sliding scale discounts are available upon individual basis.)
